Stop juggling spreadsheets. See schedules at a glance, track history and make changes, all in one tool.
Stay on top of service
Paper sheets come back days later, and by then the bin is spilling. In Plutou, the driver’s picture lands on the location the moment it’s taken.
By then the complaint has already come in.

Schedules
Each location’s pickup days in one list. Change a day right there. There’s no second sheet to keep up to date.
History
Every visit lands on the location with the driver’s pictures. See how it’s been going, change its days right there, and next week’s routes follow.
“It takes all the thinking out of it. You get the whole story with the picture.”
Import
Drop in the spreadsheet you keep today. Every location lands on the map, ready for next week’s routes.

All in one
The spreadsheet, the paper sheets, the routing tool and the group text. Your locations, routes and drivers live in one place, so the office and the trucks work from the same list.
Bring the spreadsheet you keep today. We’ll load it in and walk you through it.
Field notes on keeping your locations and placements.
Donation CollectionMost donation bins sit on land the operator doesn't own. Lose the host and you lose the site, the donors who used it, and everything that would have come out of it. Here's how the best operators keep their placements.
Donation CollectionCities don't ban donation bins because bins are bad. They ban them because a few get neglected and the whole industry takes the blame. But banning them fixes nothing. It just sends the clothes to the trash.
Donation CollectionDonation teams struggle with fragmented and outdated data, leading to wasted time, inefficient pickups, and missed donations. The lack of transparency and coordination forces them to juggle multiple apps and manually track bins and vehicles. A smarter system can automate routes, centralize data, and optimize asset tracking, improving efficiency and reducing wasted miles.
