Donation pickup software

Say yes to the pickup. Keep the week on track.

Pickups, partner stores, and bins on the same routes. Add a pickup, pick the day, and it lands on a route that’s already going that way.

Sound familiar?

The pickup is the easy part. Fitting it in isn’t.

  • The call comes in at 2pm.

A partner store has a back room full of bags and wants them gone Thursday. Someone opens the spreadsheet and starts moving stops around by hand.

  • Pickups and bins live in two worlds.

One schedule for the bins, another for pickups, a third for the partner stores. Nobody sees the whole day in one place.

  • The truck doubles back.

The pickup was two streets from a bin on this morning’s route. Now it’s a second trip across town.

Real time

A pickup comes in. The week makes room.

A donor calls, a store reschedules, a driver calls out. Make the change once. The rest of the week takes care of itself.

Planning

Walk in Monday. Already planned.

Every pickup, partner store, and bin is on a route that makes sense before the first truck leaves. Plan once, then just run it.
